Jayson Fung joined Presidio Technology Partners in 2024 as a Senior IB Analyst. Jayson’s responsibilities include detailed financial modeling, deal execution, automotive SaaS industry research, and valuation analysis. Prior to joining Presidio Technology Partners, Jayson was at SPP Capital Partners, where he worked closely with strategic and buyout clients to originate and execute debt & equity raises for the needs of new and existing investments, including leveraged buyouts, add-ons, recapitalizations, and refinancings. Jayson began his career working as a TMT Investment Banking Analyst at BTIG, where he closed two $10 – 20 million growth capital raises within industrial automation and fintech. Jayson graduated from Amherst College with a B.A. in Economics. In his free time, Jayson enjoys playing tennis, golf, skiing, and exploring new cuisines in San Francisco.
